Congratulations to Nic Yulo with “Replica”.
The 2016 Adobe Design Achievement Award for Fine Art Video Editing and Post Production goes to Nic Yulo from Columbia University in the United States for “Replica”. Replica is a micro-short that explores a moment in the life of a character with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. With beautiful cinematography, innovative post-production techniques, and professional editing discipline, “Replica” is an exploration into a frenetic mindscape and a visual representation of time: how a minute can be stretched or retracted, through a lens of subjectivity.
