Princeton head coach Lori Dauphiny has built one of the most consistent programs in collegiate rowing over her 22 years leading the Tiger open women, a testament to both her ability to attract and develop talented rowers at the Shea Rowing Center. The team is in the middle of the development phase right now, as it stands less than two weeks away from its season opener against Brown and Michigan, but the Tigers have been strengthened by a talented cast of eight recruits from the Princeton Class of 2021.

Darien, Conn. • Kent School
